Playing Fashion is a russian online fashion magazine I’ve added to my favourites-list as of lately. The editorials are amazing, and very different.

At first when the leather shorts-trend started spreading last year I was really sceptical, but when the pictures of Miroslava Duma (taken by Tommy Ton) wearing the brown Chloe shorts started circling the web after New York Fashion Week, it was instant love. That really didn’t help much, because shorts like that don’t exist anywhere to a decent price, until now. Zara launched it’s spring/summer collection a week ago, and among the pieces these brown leather pants caught my eye. Hello! Currently on my wish list, and will hopefully be a part of my spring/summer wardrobe.

Yesterday after another long day at the uni I had about 20 seconds at home to drop of my schoolbooks and grab a new bag (which meant that I forgot my camera, of course) and then I was on my way to Moxtex’ and viewing of the new collections from Friis +++ I fell in love with this owl-ring among other things, and a pair of grey buckled suede shoes from Anne Fontaine. No camera meant that I didn’t get to take a picture of them, but I’m trying to find a picture online to show you. Had a great time, drinking champagne, looking at all the amazing shoes, jewelery and clothes, and hanging around Marie, Maria and Ulrikke.
Took a chill pill and spent the rest of the evening on Marie’s couch, discussing literature theory, tv-series and random stuff with Mike, Lexi and Marie until 3 am.

Was checking Camilla Prytz’ homepage to find the price for the eagle-necklace, when I stumbled over these pictures of none other than Gustav. Somewhere in the back of my head I seem to remember that he told me this a loooong time ago, but I haven’t seen the pictures until now. And they look good! Raise your hands everyone who wants Gus to continue his modeling career..

Agy and Orlando for Me & City’s 2010 campaign.
My teenage crush for Orlando Bloom came back when I saw this shot, photographed by Terry Richardson. Wouldn’t mind swapping places with Agyness here.

Just got back from the opening of Monica Johansens new vintage/design store Flashdance. It looks smashing and you can find a lot of treasures there, which means that I’ll definitly go back. But now it’s super-wednesday, which means The Mentalist AND Bones. Gotta love it.

I matched the interior of the store. Star Wars is just too cool for school.

And thought about buying one of these to accessories my T.

My dates for the evening: Maria and Marie.

Hot-hot-hot jumpsuit on sale at Flashdance.

Hot stuff one and two. Also called Stephan and Erik (of OsloNights, go see).

Yesterday @ Diesel was just like I expected it to be. Great people (well most of them anyways), good wine and good old fashioned super fun. The thing that won me over was probably the blue cotton candy <3 I have had this weird fascination with blue candy ever since I was a kid and people told us that you could get cancer from blue candy. They didn’t even sell it in Norway, so every time we went to Denmark or Sweden we would buy blue candy just because it was “forbidden”. Ah, good times.
I also got a present from Ingvild which I will show you tomorrow (hopefully). Love her and Nejra and the rest of the Diesel crew, like I said they always make you feel welcome and they’re just … cool. ! Another cool person is Ms. Lise whom we hung out with the rest of the evening which ended at Litteraturhuset with a cup of coffee/glass of wine before heading home. Perfect.

Ingvild from the Diesel crew <3

Off to be cool and hang out with MA and Elise and whoever else will be @ Diesel to talk, laugh and take a look at the new campaign: Be Stupid. Always fun to visit the guys at Diesel, they are such a funny bunch of people always making you feel welcome and at ease. 6 days left untilI’m leaving for Stockholm by the way. Yea!

First sneak peak at ACNE autumn/winter 2010.
Pictures stolen/borrowed from Daniel at Cafe.se .
What do you think?

White hair can be so gorgeous! To bad my skin tone and style doesn’t fit a hairdo like that, it’s just too cool for school. And me.

Last night I had a dream about Roskilde. And summer. All good.

Today I am going to spend my day at the uni playing around with my political science and psychology books and maybe start reading Heart of Darkness if I feel like it. I am not in the mood to read about Africa and imperialism as of right now, so I might have to avoid it a little while longer. At some point I will grow sick and tired of the people munching carrots and stomping around on heels that make an awful lot of noise (that might be me anyways) at the library, which will lead to me working-out or (more likely) meeting up with MA for a cup of coffee. In the afternoon I am doing personal stuff, too personal for the blog anyways. I might feel like talking about the issue (without mentioning any names) later on, because it is a very important one that is more usual amongst people my age than I had thought. Well, anyways. Have a good day people.

I heart cool people:

Marie.

Ingeborg.

Maria.

Asbjørn.

Tone & Julie.

Kine.

Gus.

Elise.

Nina.

Camilla & Ida.

Marita.
+++
They tell me that there’s two kinds of people, the cool ones and all of us.
I believe you, ’cause you’re the boss.
