The party on Saturday was pure awesomeness. Watching eurovision on mute (so we could keep ourselves updated without actually having to listen to the songs), quoting Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs (which was actually a quite funny movie) and dancing to the beats of Pitbull, Daddy Yankee, Yolanda Bee Cool, Joe Cocker and Bob Marley. Got to bed around dawn, slept for a couple of hours, awoke, looked out the window and realised that when the sun is shining as brightly as it was yesterday, you simply can’t stay in bed. So we took a stroll through the streets of Grünerløkka looking for a Frisbee or something to play with.Found no such things, bought some sushi and went home to watch Episode 5 and 6 of Star Wars.

Also ran into Miss Kjersti Vatle (of Vatle Design), who has been the unfortunate victim of three robberies the last week. The thieves have stolen pieces from her latest collection and I urge anyone who can help solve this case to speak up. I want to lynch these guys. You can read an article about the robberies here and see pictures of the dresses that were stolen here.

Now I plan on spending the rest of the day in the park reading up for my last exam.

Twiddlefam & Twiddlesam.

Posers. :D

Me, in my playing card-skirt, and the White Rabbit.

Tea time!

One of the red queens.

Rawr.

Pictures from the Alice In Wonderland after party last night.
The movie was so-and-so. Sweet, but very predictable. You should see it anyways, Johnny Depp does the trick like always, pure entertainment. And of course, Helena Bonham-Carter, Paul Whitehouse as the March Hare, Stephen Fry as the Chesire Cat, Alan Rickman as the Caterpillar and of course Mia as Alice, she was absolutely Alice. Well, OK, I loved it sort of.

BTW, don’t forget that you can ask me anything you like right here.

Last weekend was all about celebrating Rut’s 30th birthday @ VU (and catching some extra sleep after a tiresome fashion week). Got some pictures from Erik of the joyous occasion.

DJ Kristoffer workin’ the music, before Mariann Thomassen took over.

Amazing performance by Rut and a friend of hers. Never knew she could sing that well.

Last night turned out to be really good. Talked my roommate into going with me, which is always a good thing, my type of fun always follows Ingeborg around. Met Erik at the Monki party, and we were a cool party of three before Rikke&Rati showed up. The whole thing evolved into a cool party involving loads of candy, my personal favourites being the red candy lips. Botox gone wrong? After a couple of hours of laughter and candy and free drinks, it was time for the Mr. Gay World final over at Ballroom, which was an interesting experience. Muscles, costumes, pink drinks and make-up all over the place. LOVED it.

Just got back from the opening of Monica Johansens new vintage/design store Flashdance. It looks smashing and you can find a lot of treasures there, which means that I’ll definitly go back. But now it’s super-wednesday, which means The Mentalist AND Bones. Gotta love it.

I matched the interior of the store. Star Wars is just too cool for school.

And thought about buying one of these to accessories my T.

My dates for the evening: Maria and Marie.

Hot-hot-hot jumpsuit on sale at Flashdance.

Hot stuff one and two. Also called Stephan and Erik (of OsloNights, go see).

Yesterday @ Diesel was just like I expected it to be. Great people (well most of them anyways), good wine and good old fashioned super fun. The thing that won me over was probably the blue cotton candy <3 I have had this weird fascination with blue candy ever since I was a kid and people told us that you could get cancer from blue candy. They didn’t even sell it in Norway, so every time we went to Denmark or Sweden we would buy blue candy just because it was “forbidden”. Ah, good times.

I also got a present from Ingvild which I will show you tomorrow (hopefully). Love her and Nejra and the rest of the Diesel crew, like I said they always make you feel welcome and they’re just … cool. ! Another cool person is Ms. Lise whom we hung out with the rest of the evening which ended at Litteraturhuset with a cup of coffee/glass of wine before heading home. Perfect.

Ingvild from the Diesel crew <3

:D !!

Had (once again) planned to spend Sunday night at home reading and then going to bed at a decent time, but then Asbjørn called me and invited me to the release party of Lady Gaga’s new album, and I couldn’t say no to that. So, with the help of Marita and Eline, I had a try at the Lady Gaga hair-bow and rushed down to Eger to party. Sunday is obviously a good day to go out, even though I have a lecture in half an hour. No problemo. Had the best time with my guys, dancing, singing and celebrating Lady Gaga.

From now on I’m going to go back to my life at the library studying 24/7 (with the exception of the opening of the new Monki store on Wednesday and Neverland party on Saturday). School geek.

Yesterday: vorspiel @ Frogner w Kine and guys, CS, poker, wine on the sofa, stupid guy with fake Ed Hardy t-shirt, “punch him in the face”, wine flying all over the place, fight, no fisk&vilt and pizza&pepsi max at 3am.

There’s only one thing more trashy than Ed Hardy, and that’s fake Ed Hardy.

Ate american pancakes for breakfast today, really the perfect way to start the day. Now I hoping to read some Larsson before Marita, Helene and Asbjørn is coming over to steal my clothes and hang out.
